About Me & My Credentials

My creativity and passion makes me an innovative instructional designer. I have experience developing using the ADDIE design process and love to use my eye for detail to create focused design documents and engaging deliverables. 

I am a life long learner who enjoys discovering new content/processes, evaluating them, and creating my own spin to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. I am an adaptable and capable professional with experience in adult education in the classroom and in a virtual environment. I am an imaginative and empathetic team player who is able to take experiences from a variety of working environments to create effective learning interactions and solutions to learning gaps. I am a creative individual who is always looking to expand my skillset both professionally and through new hobbies and activities. 

I have experience working within an organization, as a contracted employee, and as a freelance remote worker. In order to bring an active and engaging presence to each role I have had to create a home office that accounts for my personal needs. Getting outdoors and into nature is an important daily routine that keeps me focused and productive, as well as happy and satisfied. My personal pursuits range from gardening and hiking to jewelry making and crochet. I am always on the hunt for ways to express myself.
